I don't know what else to say

Originally this blog was supposed to be private with a password to access it, but I couldn't find a way to secure this blog. If anyone somehow stumbles on this blog, don't spread it around. Keep it just between the people that know about it and yourself. Thanks

I'M STILL ALIVE!!

If any of you watch this blog but never look any of my other stuff (which is probably, like, 0.001% of you), you might've noticed I haven't been making any useful blogs. Wanna hear my reasoning? I don't know. I've been doing other things and been hard working (haha just kidding) and left the blog at the back of my memory (not the very back, I would just forget about it altogether). So here I am.

Sjakie has been worked on recently, albeit rather slowly. I got Darius Miller (AnimationCrave) to download a text-to-speech app on his phone he had before again, as he told me about it in a call. He has the ability to screen-record on his phone he has, while I have the iPhone 4s, which doesn't have it. Only a few seconds have been animated. The Q&A video I made on both Vidlii and YouTube has been recorded (for the questions so far) and assets have been made. That's all.

I might update this blog occasionally, but don't take my word for it. I might just once in a while do a long blog post about what's been on my mind. I don't know. Who cares? I do.

Inanimate Fight-Out (and what Object Shows are)

f you were never in the object community, or never heard about this, consider yourself asking this question: "What is Inanimate Fight-Out?" I don't know why you're asking that question to yourself and not me, but I'll tell you anyways. You might not even know what Object Shows are in the first place, so I'll leave you with this:

Battle for Dream Island is an internet animation series made in 2010 by two brothers, Cary and Michael Huang. The show is about a speaker box announcer taking 25 inanimate object contestants who want to win, and battle for, well, Dream Island.

spoiler alert they dont get the island

The show itself has gathered more than 150 million views since 2017, it started small, gathering around a few thousand views when it first started (I was there!) They're still making spinoffs of it to this day (very slowly though). With these views, it's guaranteed that maybe SOMEONE will be inspired.

And they did. Thus, on April 1, 2011 came Inanimate Insanity, with the same traits as BFDI, just with different characters. And a different prize (1 million dollars, like Total Drama). Later on, when the first season ended in 2012, then became a second one (which is still producing episodes, thanks to its kickstarter). It still had millions of views, just not the same as BFDI.

After Inanimate Insanity got popular, many shows inspired by those 2 had been created and were clones of them (Not exactly, but same plot. Contestants win a prize. Some have variety, though). Those are called object shows.

This show that I'll talk about, Inanimate Fight-Out is one of the object shows. It's also the very first thing I ever worked on! This begins the History of Azoko...

It started in a BFDI Wikia chat from a user named TDFan16. He had talked to me through the chat on making things for his show, and I didn't know how he knew, but I guess he did. Later on, I ended up making assets for his show. I was 10 back then, so obviously I didn't make any money for this. Surprisingly, he ended up using the assets. I never got credited for it, but on September 30, 2012 (this is a reupload), he uploaded Inanimate Fight-Out, featuring my assets:

Around the time I post this, this will already be 5 years old! It's cool thinking about how this was made half a decade ago, while also being the first thing I did something for.

Episode 3 was a success! Hooray! Time for another episode to get produced, which is the same production quality. Nothing else was added in this one, but it was worth putting in here because my assets are on here:

Honestly, I never paid attention to the last episode, so I'll try to explain what happens in the episode: A ball, a Jack card, and... kool-aid talk about what to dress up as for Halloween. Jack says something, the ball gets offended and it pushes Jack into a fire that's there for some reason. Good start so far.

A thing I forgot to mention about these shows is that sometimes, the contestants get split into 2 teams, and at the end of each episode, one of the teams loses and is held up for elimination. The contestant with the most votes gets removed out of the series. After the intro, the elimination starts with the announcer, a Window(?) dressing up as a "pirate". The contestants gets their results, and Bird gets eliminated! Barely looks like it's a bird, mind you.

The Window now says that he's Unmaking the teams. No reason given. The challenge was to climb up a rock wall. The team that gets up first wins! The team that I made the most assets for loses. And I'm still not credited at the end. :(

Episode 5 actually has new leg, mouth, arms and eye assets, all created by me.

Now you can watch those in action, with my magic Inanimate Fight-Out Episode 5 Made in Anime Studio Generator!

The first thing you notice in the episode is that the audio quality is absolutely HORRID. Many parts of the audio are either muffled, quiet, or just bad mic quality.

Moving on to the assets, they aren't any better. I was trying to make the assets nice looking, but they just end up looking worse. I don't know if it's how they are used or how it was made, but I can just say it's both.

The window had a sudden shift in voice actors. If people watch this episode first, people will just think that Window's a girl. But it's a guy. A.

At the Elimination Area, Bowl gets eliminated, with 22 votes. Ball gets a close 21 votes, winning a nickel that he chooses to eat and spit out.

There's a part after this that I THINK is supposed to be a vote for a recommended character (object contestants that people want in the show). A CD gets voted in the game after that. Their objective is to draw good. Other team loses. People get voted off. That's it.

Episode 6 changes the animation software from Anime Studio to Adobe Flash, and it kind of uses my assets. He traces over my assets, doesn't use the assets themselves. Good for him, I guess.

After that, I never talked to him for 2 years, until around my birthday on 2014 when he sent me Adobe Flash CS6, I've been using it ever since then. I asked if I can make a scene for one of the parts of the episode, he said yes, but he wanted me to make an animatic for it. I finished it, sent it to him, and I wanted the scene to be exactly how the animatic is. When the episode with the scene in it got released, it was not even the animatic at all, so whatever.

I still contact him once in a while, but barely talk to him. One thing I have to say is that I thank him for intoducing me to Flash CS6, which is my primary animation program, and if he didn't send the files to me, I wouldn't be able to animate without knowing how to pirate things.

September 29

It's almost the end of September and I barely have done anything for Sjakie and Sronk for the whole month.

I've just started to kick things into motion last week with redesigning both Sjakie and Sronk very slightly to my liking, it may very likely be the final design.

Apart from that, I've been making pages for a possible Sjakie and Sronk comic, which I have done 2 pages for so far (not including the cover). If I actually work, I'll probably get the comic done by next week. Maybe.

That's all I really wanted to say though. Here I am, saying goodbye on my school MacBook Air computer.

Aug 30

Do you guys like updates?? Well here you go because I like them as well.

I released the Sjakie and Sronk cartoon 2 months ago and people liked it. I also posted another cartoon a month later for Mashvamp and Deanette, and it (kind of) got the same reception that Sjakie did.

I'm thinking about starting production on the series either September or October, but that probably won't happen because of me not liking to pay attention to Flash CS6 and other stuff. But hopefully that WILL happen soon!!! I want this series to be my main focus for the remainder of this year and the year after that, and I also want Sjakie get at least 3 episodes 'til the end of 2018. Maybe I won't be lazy and work more on it!

Will update this soon, see ya

(9/29/17 EDIT: I put the links for the 2 cartoons I mentioned above there)

Finally??!?!?

I finally recognized this blog again! I forgot about it ever since the day after I made the last one. Oops

Today I got out of my 9th grade class and I'm not seeing it again, because I'm moving to Florida before 10th grade comes in my way. My summer is ending early for me, because my school district ended testing for me today, but in Florida it starts late-August so WHOOPEE!!!

Animation wise there will be a new Sjakie and Sronk short in the coming few weeks (before I leave to Florida) about Sjakie fighting a vending machine. Checkie here:

(9/29/17 EDIT: Here's the cartoon in full I forgot to put here!)
